Choose your own lot at Senior Village and set up your own RV - $260.00 per month.
$2600.00 per year!
Senior Village is for Senior Citizens only - 65+
Up to two people (wife, husband) per Senior Village spot
First come first serve basis.
Deposit - $600.00
RV Trailers, Motor Homes, Vans, Campers are permitted.
One vehicle per one lot (RV trailers with pickups, cars are permitted)
No garbage, clean surroundings are required from everybody.
Anybody violating any rules, laws including leaving any garbage will not be allowed to renew their spot without deposit being returned.
Order is being kept by Culberson County Sheriff - 911.
Good neighbour policy is in effect.

Our 40 acres nature's camping retreat offers hiking the mountains, exploring Silesia Canyon, Cave, mini golf, yoga trail, landing strip for ultra light aircrafts, speedway, outside cheese, Senior Village, mountain bikes trails, dirt bikes trails, great geology, historical artifacts, fresh country air, tranquility awaits you at Senior Village.
We are about 15 minutes drive South from Van Horn, TX, Intetstate highway 10.
